SellerFlow is a SaaS service operated by Get It Now USA LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida (United States). General contact: hello@sellerflow.pro. Privacy contact: privacy@sellerflow.pro.
SellerFlow is a platform for managing Amazon selling operations, including AI-powered automated repricing (APEX Engine, FLOW Engine, Competitor DNA), Selling Partner API (SP-API) synchronization, a dashboard, inventory management, and financial and margin reporting.
Users must: be of legal age and have the capacity to contract; be an active Amazon seller in good standing; connect their Amazon account through Amazon's official authorization process (OAuth); accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Starter: 97 USD/month, up to 250 SKUs. Pro: 197 USD/month, up to 500 SKUs. Enterprise: 397 USD/month, up to 1,000 SKUs. 14-day free trial, starting when the account is created.
All plans are billed in US dollars (USD) by Get It Now USA LLC.
Revised on 10 September 2026. Until that date these Terms stated: Starter 97 EUR/month up to 500 SKUs; Pro 197 EUR/month up to 2,000 SKUs; Enterprise 397 EUR/month with unlimited SKUs. The billing currency is now USD and the Enterprise plan has a stated limit of 1,000 SKUs instead of being unlimited.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used periods.
SellerFlow does not guarantee sales results, profits, Buy Box acquisition, or uninterrupted service availability. Users are solely responsible for the prices ultimately published on their Amazon account, for compliance with Amazon's policies, for the consequences of activated automation, and for correctly configuring price limits (minimums and maximums).
Get It Now USA LLC's maximum liability to the user, on any grounds, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of service.
SellerFlow accesses the user's Amazon account exclusively through the Selling Partner API (SP-API), via Amazon's official authorization process. At this stage, SellerFlow requests access only to the data categories needed for repricing and catalog management: pricing, product listings, FBA inventory, seller/business partner information, and financial and fee data.
SellerFlow does not currently request access to order data, shipping data, or buyer personal information. Any future expansion of scope will be disclosed and reflected in an update to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users may revoke SellerFlow's authorization at any time from their own Amazon Seller Central (Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps' Permissions), or by requesting account closure at privacy@sellerflow.pro. Once access is revoked or the account is closed, SellerFlow stops syncing new information from Amazon.
Upon account closure, users may request deletion of their data by writing to privacy@sellerflow.pro. The deletion timeline and procedure are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
To provide the service, SellerFlow relies on external providers that process information on its behalf (subprocessors), detailed in the Privacy Policy. None of these third parties is authorized to use the user's Amazon account data for purposes other than providing the service.
Get It Now USA LLC may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified to active users at least 15 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Spain, without prejudice to any rights the user may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
